RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Apni Savaari’s general policy dictates that payments are non-refundable. However, in cases of verified overcharging, app glitches, or specific cancellation charges, Apni Savaari typically processes refunds into the Apni Savaari Wallet instead of the original payment method. Wallet refunds may have restrictions depending on your city or ride type.
How to Request a Refund
If you were overcharged or faced an issue with your ride (such as an improper double payment):
1. Timeframe: Concerns must be reported via the in-app chat within 24 hours of availing the service.
2. In-App Support: Open the Apni Savaari App [Apni Savaari], go to Your Rides, select the specific trip, and use the Support/Chat feature to explain the discrepancy.
3. Escalation: If you face difficulties getting a refund back to your bank account, you can also reach out on the Apni Savaari Contact page.
Acko Ride Insurance (If Applicable)
For accidental injuries or damage during a Apni Savaari ride, passenger insurance is often included. You can initiate a claim through the Apni Savaari App (under your trip details) or directly on the Acko Claims portal.
If you can tell me which type of refund you are trying to get (e.g., wallet credit, accidental double payment, or rider overcharging), I can give you specific steps to escalate the issue.
Key Policy Details & Guidelines
Non-Refundable: According to Apni Savaari Customer Terms, successfully completed rides and completed package services generally cannot be refunded.
Wallet Credits: In instances where a refund is processed—such as an overcharge, payment failure, or a valid cancellation—the amount is often credited directly to your Apni Savaari App Wallet rather than being returned to your original bank/UPI account.
Cancellation Penalties: If you cancel a ride, you may incur a cancellation penalty, which is usually added to your next bill. However, if the Captain causes a delay or fails to move towards your location, you can dispute this.
